New Tenant at Admiral Court

Aker Solutions has joined the tenant line up at Admiral Court, Miller Cromdale’s Grade A office building located in Aberdeen’s Harbour District, taking the development to 100% let.

Part of the global oil services company, Aker Offshore Partner Ltd has taken on additional office space in the city following a rise in business generated by recent contract wins. The company, which is headquartered in Dyce, has signed a three year lease and will occupy 20,000 sq. ft. in Admiral Court.

Neil Finnie, Development Manager, Miller Developments, said: “We are delighted to welcome Aker Solutions to the line up at Admiral Court. The location of the development is very attractive to many businesses due its proximity to public transport and city centre amenities. Being so close to the centre, occupiers have less reliance on their cars, which plays an important factor for businesses committed to the green agenda.”

Aker Solutions joins Wood Group and ENET at the 40,000 sq. ft. office development.

Aker Solutions’ Managing Director Mike Forbes said: “Increasing our office capacity within the city not only reaffirms our commitment to the UK but will enable us to better support our clients in the continuing challenging business environment.”

FG Burnett and Derek Young & Company represented Miller Cromdale, a joint venture between Miller Developments and Cromdale Limited, while Ryden acted on behalf of Aker Solutions.
